The challenge with this Sujihiki was to craft a long, sturdy blade that remains thin behind the edge while offering excellent food release. The blade features my signature “Laser S-grind,” ensuring both precision and performance, and is paired with a beautifully stabilized piece of Amboyna for the handle. A texturized bolster adds both visual character and a confident grip.
