Dikristo products are thoroughly checked for top quality before leaving the workshop. If for any reason you want to return or exchange any product please contact me.

EXCLUSIVE Line & PRO Line knives can be returned within 14 days after receiving your shipment. We will be happy to help you choose another knife from the available stock or refund you. The knife must be returned in its packaging, as send, with no visible damage. Used products are cannot be returned. Customer bears the shipping cost of returns.

Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

Shipments that have been fully paid for but remain unclaimed, or are returned to the sender, shall, after a period of six (6) months from the original date of dispatch, be considered the property of the manufacturer. After this period, the buyer forfeits any claim to the item, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
