This K-tip Gyuto features my signature “Laser S-grind” and truly lives up to its name. The mirror-finished blade with the Silver Dikristo logo is paired with a forged carbon-fiber handle that has a textured bolster and spine. Despite the extra-thin and lightweight blade combined with the stainless-steel partial tang handle, special care was taken to keep the overall weight optimal and the balance at 45/55.
