(Ancient Greek: παννυχίς) from Greek words πᾶν (‘all, every’) and νύξ (‘night’) she presided over night festivities and parties was worshipped in Athens as one of The Graces.

This Slicer is made from powder metallurgy stainless steel and features black coating. It was designed and handcrafted for slicing, mincing and dicing boneless proteins and vegetables. It was not designed hit, cut and penetrate hard materials.
